At the end of your original warranty or current service agreement, you can choose to cover your system with one of our service agreement options listed below. If the system is not presently under warranty or service agreement, but you wish to purchase a service agreement, a billable service call will be required to verify the system operating condition before the agreement can be issued.

 Platinum Coverage:

This agreement covers all Labor, Parts, Loaner Unit, Travel & Shipping charges on repairs for a period of one year. One Preventative Maintenance (PM) of the system is also included with the agreement. (The Customer must contact Nidek to request the annual PM.)

Gold Coverage:

This agreement covers all Labor, Parts, Loaner unit, Travel & Shipping charges on repairs for a period of one year. This agreement does not include a Preventative Maintenance (PM) of the system.

Silver Coverage:

This agreement covers Labor and Parts on repairs for a period of one year. This agreement does not cover any related Travel, Shipping or Loaner Unit charges. This agreement also does not include a Preventative Maintenance (PM) of the system.
